Ready2Play? makes national and international deliveries using Bartolini express courier, while for single parcel deliveries in the EU we use DPD service. Shipment charges are divided in 3 purchasing profiles, identical for every destination, as summed up below (the discounts are referred to shipment charges):
You can find below a list of countries in which we regularly deliver on the specified terms; for other countries please send a mail to info@ready2play.eu and you'll get full information. When clinching the order, you'll be able to choose the method of shipment among those listed below:
• Standard shipment: this is the classical shipment method in which we use an express courier. The charges are listed below;
• Standard shipment + cash on delivery: this option can be chosen in Italy only and allows you to pay cash on delivery. The delivery is attended by the express courier; in this case the shipment charges are marked up by a 3.6 Euro fee (included VAT 20%);
• Insured shipment: this method of shipment is insured, and carried out by the express courier; in this case the shipment charges are marked up by a 4.2 Euro fee (included VAT 20%);
• Insured shipment + cash on delivery: this is a combination of the previous methods and it's available in Italy only; in this case the shipment charges are marked up by a 7.8 Euro fee (included VAT 20%);
• By hand collection: if you have the chance of picking-up the items you ordered by hand, you may also choose this option; no shipment charges will be charged. This option is available for Italy only, and must be arranged in advance.

• NUOVA MODALITA' DI GESTIONE DELLE CONSEGNE A MANO •
A partire da giovedi 17 Febbraio 2011, verrà organizzato un pick-up su Roma a cadenza bisettimanale,
con rendez-vous in via Albalonga (zona Re di Roma), dalle 20:30 alle 21.
Tutti coloro che sono interessati al ritiro sono tenuti a dare adeguata comunicazione al massimo entro il giorno precedente quello di consegna
inviando una email a info@ready2play.eu e specificando in oggetto "pick-up via albalonga del" e a seguire il giorno di consegna.
Fornita la propria disponibilità e presenza, verrà preparata la merce per il pick-up.
ATTENZIONE: IL PICK-UP PREVISTO PER IL 14 APRILE E' ANNULLATO PER MOTIVI DI SALUTE;
VIENE RINVIATO ALLA SETTIMANA SUCCESSIVA.
Con l'occasione tutti gli appuntamenti a seguire verranno slittati di una settimana
